Packtypes, Psychometric Feedback™, doesn’t label you or box you in. Instead, playing Packtypes encourages you to practice new Growth Behaviours. Small, intentional everyday actions that you take, asking for feedback as you go. The result is Continuous Human Improvement: regular, manageable steps that compound into meaningful growth.

Since 2007, Packtypes has reached millions of players and supported thousands of organisations, from schools and charities to public services, SMEs and blue-chips.
